SHIPPING POLICY Luxe Grid Supply LLC Effective Date: March 27, 2026

At Luxe Grid Supply, we are committed to a clear and consistent shipping experience. This policy covers all orders placed on www.luxegridsupply.com.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that we have received it in our system. We will then confirm your item is in stock and available for shipment.

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly by email or phone. Should you choose not to wait, we will issue a full refund. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.


ORDER SHIPMENT & TRACKING

Most items ship within 5 business days. Specialty or oversized items may have extended lead times, which will be noted on the individual product listing page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. For questions, contact us at support@luxegridsupply.com.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • Standard items — shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • Oversized or heavy items — shipped via freight carrier

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Freight delivery differs from standard parcel shipping. Please review the following before your delivery date.

Scheduling your delivery Most freight carriers will contact you directly by phone or email to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are generally available Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Some carriers do not schedule appointments and will provide tracking and an estimated delivery date only. A valid phone number and email address are required at checkout to ensure successful scheduling.

Curbside delivery All freight shipments are delivered to the curb or driveway of the shipping address. Carriers are not required to bring items inside the home or onto the property unless white glove delivery is arranged in advance where available. We recommend having at least two people available to assist with moving the item to its final location. Most shipments arrive on pallets, though individual sections or boxes can typically be moved separately.

Signature requirement An adult signature is required upon delivery of most freight shipments. Please do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the item for visible damage.

Missed appointments Customers are responsible for being available at the scheduled delivery time. Re-delivery fees may apply if an appointment is missed.


DAMAGE CLAIMS

Inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If packaging appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the damage before unboxing
  • If the item appears severely damaged, refuse the delivery
  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@luxegridsupply.com or 1-337-469-4743

Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may affect your ability to file a claim.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS & COSTS

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes.

Free shipping applies to most orders. The following exceptions apply:

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees, even on free shipping orders. A customer service representative will contact you prior to shipment if additional charges apply
  • A small number of brands are excluded from free shipping due to product size or weight. Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout
  • If you anticipate that a carrier may have difficulty reaching your delivery address, please notify us at the time of purchase

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping Customer is responsible unless item is defective or not as described
Refund timing Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Luxe Grid Supply is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipment fees may apply.
