Easy Assembly
- All panels and trim are painted and assembled, all hardware is installed, doors & windows are installed, nesting boxes are assembled, and metal is installed on the roof panel.

- The ceiling has radiant barrier sheathing to keep the coop cooler in the summer heat.
Shipping:
We provide free shipping to most states. Due to higher freight costs in certain regions, orders shipping to Idaho, California, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon and Washington include a 5% shipping surcharge. This fee helps offset a portion of the increased shipping expenses and allows us to continue offering quality products at fair prices. Unfortunately, we do not currently serve Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Items will be delivered by LTL freight. You will receive a call from the shipping company to inform you about the delivery. These items are delivered using a Tractor trailer, typically 50' or longer. Should there be any issues accessing your location with such a vehicle, neither the shipper nor OverEZ holds responsibility. In such cases, you'll need to contact the shipping company to arrange an alternative. See store shipping rules for further information to ensure a successful delivery.
