Defective components are repaired or replaced at no cost within the lower 48 states; you're responsible for return shipping. Coverage doesn't extend to ordinary wear, weather damage, mold or mildew, improper use or setup, or use as a permanent or year-round structure. On top of the manufacturer's coverage, this purchase also qualifies for Luxe Grid Supply's standard 30-day return window on unused items in original packaging.
