The Scout uses Bafang's Ultra M620 mid-drive motor, which can be configured as a Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 system. This "diesel engine" of e-bike motors produces up to 160 Nm of torque, and its speed and torque sensors provide a very natural pedaling feel.

For all of our eBikes, we stand behind your purchase with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. The warranty starts the day you receive your bike and covers major components like the battery, frame, motor, controller, wiring harness, and LCD display. To activate your coverage, register your bike within 30 days of delivery, the warranty is valid only for the original owner and can't be transferred. It protects you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, or modifications. If you ever have a problem, reach out to our support team and we'll guide you through the warranty claim process.
